The first thing the next president-elect Joe Biden will do on the first day after taking office is to put the most notorious and controversial policies of former President Donald Trump back in place.

According to the Associated Press, etc., President Biden's first “rescue action” is followed by a 10-day rapid lightning operation.  In the meantime, officials from the acquisition team say they will not wait for Congress to pass, but correct the wrong policies and executive orders that left the worst stigma during President Trump's term and put the country in the right direction.

After the inauguration ceremony on the 20th, President Biden will immediately end Trump's policy of banning immigration to the United States from countries with a large Muslim population.  Withdrawal from the Paris Climate Change Convention will be returned to re-entry.  He will also immediately issue an executive order mandating the wearing of masks in buildings or complexes of federal property and when traveling over long distances.

These measures are a prerequisite of about a dozen policies to be implemented on the first day of Biden's entry into the White House, confirming in a memo to senior advisors, Ron Klein, the next White House secretary.

In a memo, Secretary Klein said, “These first executive orders will save millions of people in crisis.  Biden's implementation of it is not only to repair the most severe damage left by the Trump administration.  We want to make the whole of the United States unite again and move forward.”

Secretary Klein said that biden's goals, including the release of a whopping 1.9 trillion won in emergency costs related to Corona 19, would require coordination from Congress to be “fully implemented”.

He also said Biden would propose a comprehensive immigration reform law to Congress on the first day of his inauguration.

이아 20일 백악관에서 대통령 취임식이 끝나자마자 조 바이든 대통령은 바로 중동의 무슬림 인구가 다수인 국가들로부터 미국에 들어오는 이민 등을 입국금지한 트럼프 대통령의 최악적인 정책을 우선 종결처리 한다. 따라서 트럼프 대통령 정부시절 탈퇴했던 파리기후협약 재가입으로 다시 환원한다. 또한 연방자산의 건물이나 단지내에서와 언제 어디서나 그리고 장거리 여행시에 마스크 착용을 의무화하는 행정 명령도 즉시 시행 명령에 서명할 것으로 보고있다.

이런 조치들은 바이든의 백악관 입성 첫 날에 시행할 약 12개의 정책 가운데 선결과제들이라고 론 클레인 차기 백악관 비서실장이 내정된 선임보좌관들에 보낸 메세에서도 확인됐다.
클레인 비서실장은 언급에서 이번 첫 조 바이든 대통령의 행정명령들은 위기에 처해있던 수 백만명의 국민에게 희소식의 구원이 될 것으로 알려졌다. 조 바이든 당선인이 이를 시행하는 것은 트럼프 행정부가 남긴 가장 극심한 폐해를 복구하기 위한 것만은 아니다. 미국이 다시하나가 되어 미래를 전진하게 하려는 것이다 라고 말했다.
이어 클레인 비서실장은 무려 1조9000억 달러 규모의 COVID-19 관련 긴급비용 지원 등을 포함한 조 바이든의 이런 목표들이 완벽하게 시행되려면 미 의회의 협조가 꼭필요하다고 밝혔다.
따라서 클레인 비서실장은 조 바이든 대통령 취임 첫 날 바로 미국 의회에 포괄적인 모든 이민 개혁법을 제안할 것이라고 소상히 밝혔습니다.
